Start Of The Virtual Tour

Two paths can be seen here. Tne one on the right (passing through the ivy arch) leads into the central area of the garden. The other will take us around the outside of the garden. We will take a virtual walk around the outside and return through the arch via the central area. This covered walkway is pleasant, especially on a hot day. It is covered by the remains of a beech hedge which has been allowed to grow over the path. The beech in it's turn is covered by a clematis montana. Lining the entrance to the path is a Fatsia Japonica. This is followed by a variegated holly and Aucuba Japonica.
