All Eyes On The Cruiser, The "Arcadia" |
The '"Arcadia" is one of the cruise liners which used to anchor outside the harbour at regular intervals to enable passengers to be ferried ashore. The "Aurora" and the "Oriana" were others. This practice has, however, been halted by the shipping companies for the time being. Planned extensions to the harbour will enable passengers to disembark directly onto the jetty. |
